can some1 tell me if something has changed concerning the construction rocks.i have been standing at the portal for hours?

They've made it so you can now get them while constructing stuff in construction mode; but they have not reomved the old ways of getting them.

well,something must of changed because i've literally been here for hours and the old way i would of gotten them tops in 30 minutes!!!

Actually, it's confirmed that the old way NO LONGER works.

From the multitudes of player feedback received since the release of Shattered Heart, it was clear that the method for Construction rocks needed to be brought in line with the other skills, so we did just that. The old method no longer exists.

Well, i must say that it is also news to me that we are no longer able to get a Strange Rock just by standing idle in our POH anymore - I have also wasted more than an hour yesterday trying to get the rock to spawn.

 

Btw, it would be nice if this new information will find its way into the Shattered Heart guide.

I can confirm making larders gets you a rock,plus it goes into your inventory- not on the floor.

I have been told that all constructing will get you rocks- ie: making clay fireplaces, and i presume flat packs will give them you too

Making flat packs works indeed and the rocks appear directly in your inventory. Just being in your house doesn't work anymore (I learned it the hard way too)
