He means from the forum index page (http://forum.tip.it/). I always tend to do this, click the date above the latest post thread, that takes you to the last post in it. When you are on the forum homepage and click a thread name in the "latest post in:" part of the forum, it takes you automatically to the last post you read in that thread. If you click the forum name (e.g. "Falador Library") and then click the thread name, you go to the first page of the thread. You could click a page number, but it requires that you remember where you stopped reading. It would be very useful to be able to go directly to where you left off.
