TeamRealT
Is using range any good while dungeoneering? Im 99 range and getting bored of melee. If so what would i bind? Prom arrows, Grave creeper or Sagittarian bow? In other words: We got a ban hammer in varrock mines. It's jackin yo [censor] bots, slappin yo macros up, tryna ban em, so ya'll need to hide yo scripts, hide yo clicks, and hide yo logs cause they bannin errbody up in here. Quyneax
Sagittarian body + legs + arrows p++ and fletch gravecreeper I guess. But it sucks, sag arrows are weaker than rune. Prom arrows, Grave creeper or Sagittarian bow? Ranged is pretty underpowered in dg unless you get your hands on the hexhunter bow. Bind sagittarian arrows and a sagittarian bow, grave creeper and promethium until you can find them as drops. I also think desperado might be your best bet for ring upgrades, but I haven't used it yet. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug

The stats of dungeoneering arrows dont look much but you will be surprised how quickly you can kill mages. [spoiler=Goals]Quest cape: Complete! SirIzenhime
it's only worth ranging things that are weak to range, like forgoten mages and a few bosses. Other then that, it's really not worth doing unless you get a Hexhunter bow. Once you get one of those, you'd be crazy not to use it on anything that might have high mage (shades, mages, almost all bosses) Fisher/Woodcut------Me-----Miner/crafter----Stabber----Leecher ^Golvellius must be so proud^
Kirbyallstar
But the real question is: How likely are you to get a hexhunter bow, and how many people currently have one?
SirIzenhime
Not very, not many Still doesn't change how good it is. Fisher/Woodcut------Me-----Miner/crafter----Stabber----Leecher ^Golvellius must be so proud^
Quyneax
I hear it's a good bow but not worth binding over a prom 2h/hood/blood necklace, so pretty much nobody has one. A hexhunter makes mages pushovers but it otherwise sucks really bad. Youmu
I hear it's a good bow but not worth binding over a prom 2h/hood/blood necklace, so pretty much nobody has one. A hexhunter makes mages pushovers but it otherwise sucks really bad.A lot of bosses are magic based, so it is still useful there. And ranging may not be the most powerful option, but it IS speedy and accurate, and rips mages and giant bats apart.
