Two in the lobby to start the game, I've done it before with random, unsuspecting people. Don't know if they've changed it, though.

I thought it was impossible to even get into FoG if you aren't on the correct worlds. I knew it did that with something else in the game. Like it would say, "The correct worlds are X, Y, Z."

I've been in the lobby with around 10 people and still got the "not enough players message." :/ It happens on some of the less popular FoG worlds from time to time.

There is no specific number, the only requirement is that the players are in nearly the same rank. However the higher ranks the higher difference is allowed. But a person with 1000 ranks can't play against a lvl 3 with 300 ranks, as the other person will freeload tokens.

I see little truth in this.

 

With 6k+ rating myself, I play against sub 1k ranked players all the time.

Weird, I've played perfectly fine with a friend when we had 314 and 326 rating. On an empty world of course.

thing is, i remember getting about 25 people together(i thought that was the minimum) and we still couldn't start a game.

 

im on an alt world with 12 people so far, lets see if 4 more people will start it
