August 16, 201015 yr i know nothing about brewing, but it might work in a way similar to farming, in that logging off a lot can reset some of the growth (or in this case maturation) cycles, slowing down progress

August 17, 201015 yr It's not done Yet.Check Back in a few. The worst feeling is you wait and its not mature thats why i do all of the brewing stations. so at least one comes out mature
