I would have to say the Iron Plow. It launched the world otu o fthe days where everyone had to provide their own foods into the basic communities with different trades. Now, only a few people had to farm while the others could become, say, a cobbler, a blacksmith, a printer, etc.

Basically it like squashes the molecules and atoms together over and over again, causing a huge chain reaction that keeps on going until theres no matter left. Or something along the lines of that. I mean, just took one of em to end the bugger world.
