I can now assist cooking with my lvl 91 cooking is it worth it to max out my assisting exp daily or just keep cooking and not bother assisting.

I think most people would be willing to move to you, especially with effigies considering the dragonkin lamp.

 

Atleast I was, not sure how the average scaper feels about that though.

i went all the way to karamja dungenooring resource dungeon with lessers in it just to get assisted, i didnt think it was a big deal/concern...

My lame drops:
6 Effigys
1 D Med - 1 D Dagger
1 Verac's Helmet - 1 Guthan's Platebody

Chances are they won't come to you since there's over 100,000 players with 99 cooking, and chances are one's close to you, and the amount of xp you get is what, 30k a day? If you see someone, sure, go for it, I wouldn't go out of my way to assist, though.
