Are you tanning them?

 

Assuming you have all the needles, tanned bodies, and thread, I would say 1000 bodies/hour, or 3000 hides. Very rough guess.

Hehe, I asked this last bonus weekend but didn't get an answer so tested it myself. I have a terrible memory though so I can only say it's between 800 and 1150. (:
