2000 points reward

What does the 2000 point slayer reward do? is it worth it or should i just use a fire cape (When i get 93 slayer) or should i just spend the points on 5mil with of runes.

I used the points to buy the ability.Can't be bothered to get a firecape.A Sol drop will pay for most of the runes(that you could buy with the points).

It allows for you to be assigned ice strykewyrms by kurdal as well as kill them without a fire cape. As for being able to kill them, your fire spells would only hit 1,5 times as much as normal(2 times as much with fire cape) so it's not worth it to kill them with mage anymore. Also, fire cape works as a fero ring on ice strykewyrms, so you will also lose that bonus. Is it worth to buy the ability? if you really, REALLY can't get a fire cape, it might be, but it will more or less limit you to meleeing them with a cannon to get any sort of decent xp out of the tasks, but if there is even a whiff of hope to get the cape, it will save you ALOT of time and money.

Kuradel's special task is a good way to get firecapes, you can breeze through fcaves with the bonuses from a FSH.

In order to unlock them, you must have 93 slayer. You can't unlock it sooner, so you might as well keep trying. Or you can always do what I did: Just block them until you get - and keep - 2000 slayer points, then unblock them until you get 93 slayer.

Well game anyway warn him that he need 93 slayer to buy this skill. And if u cant or dont want ( like me ) kill Jad, just buy later this ability - see nothing wrong in that ;)
