  1. It is to me. I'd rather get stronger by getting paid to do manual labor than to pay someone in order to work out. Sorry if that doesn't make sense.
  2. Pretty much the only movie I've watched in a long time unless you count Cinema Sins.
  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHaXPBL1I-I
  4. Not sure about exact numbers, but I think after only a few hours I got my divination level from 1 to 27, whereas all my other skills took over a period of several hours to get those levels. So for whatever that's worth,...
  5. Kalhpites (slayer task), but given that all my combat skills are in the 20s and I'm up against level 58 monsters one would definitely understand why.
  6. This. In order to unlock them, you must have 93 slayer. You can't unlock it sooner, so you might as well keep trying. Or you can always do what I did: Just block them until you get - and keep - 2000 slayer points, then unblock them until you get 93 slayer.
  7. Sounds about right. My homeworld is 160, and my favorite things to do is slayer, treasure trails, and recently quests if I have the time, so this was actually a pretty accurate assessment.
  8. Something more "fun" than Vivaldi's 4 seasons. I think He'd be jealous: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCb1PyGqHfw&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WqS9Kix4UeU&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UwdocmDAMRs&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wco-r1qAJCI&feature=related
  9. Questions that insult my (Runescape-based) intelligence. "Obby cape lol," "Why u use prayer lol/unicorn stallion lol?/mage lol/darts lol/wear combat bracelet lol?" etc. :x This is probably the biggest reason my home world is now world 160. I got tired of getting harassed by the Runescape Pixel Police.
  10. Ever since they came out I've gotten about 20ish of them, from all types of tasks, from dust devils to black demons (I get my tasks exclusively from Kuradel). As far as the assistance aspect of them, I personally don't care for it, since it puts me at the mercy of others, despite the fact that they get the XP and not me. I still makes me uncomfortable. I just take them down to Varrock Museum. 5K is better than nothing.
  11. Yes, always. Like Ragmar12345 said, this is one of the biggest reasons why living rock creatures are one of my all-time favorite slayer tasks. Plus, I'm not a powerslayer. I'm in no rush.
  12. Sure do. It comes in especially handy when ranging/maging the iron/steel dragons in Kuradel's dungeon, where space is very cramped. If it shows I'm about to land the killing blow, I'll know to turn on deflect melee before I get smacked by then next dragon.
  13. I'm not real big powerslayer, unless maging a fair amount of my tasks counts (typically surge spells). As far as prayer goes, I only use it when necessary (waterfiends, aquanites, mutated bloodvelds, and dagganoths in Waterbirth dungeon to name a few), and even then only protection prayers.
  14. First person that comes to mind would be Tony Jay, who did the voice of The Elder God off of those Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver games. If the person has to alive (sorry, You didn't specify), probably either Simon Templeman, who did the voice of Kain on all those games, or Mako, who played the wizard off of Conan the Barbarian (not sure He's an actual voice actor per se, but I'd sure love to have that voice for my character though).
  15. If you're talking "stand alone" music pieces, as opposed to whole soundtracks, I have very very few: Runescape's old school theme Legend of Zelda: A link to the past, dark world as a rabbit Blackthorne, the forest levels. And that's about all I can think of.
  16. Usually XM Radio and occasionally video game music off of YouTube, pretty much anything except the Runescape music.
  17. I rarely hop, even if He was there first. I'm content to just stand next to one single respawn point - especially when the particular monster respawns every 8-9 seconds (usually on full worlds) - and kill them as they reappear. Aside from that, it depends on the other guy. If the other guy(s) a __level 85 w/ rune armor and rune scimitar____, I'm more likely to just stay. He'll probably struggle killing just one of the _greater demons____ there. On the other hand, if it's a __level 136 w/full Bandos, Saradomin godsword, and a pack yak_______, I'd be more likely to world-hop, even if I was there first. He'd just clear-cut that whole area. I'm not gonna waste time trying to work around a bulldozer.
  18. My Stupidity: While crafting nature runes with a spirit graahk, forgetting to take another dueling ring after My last one crumbled, forcing Me to use My explorer's ring (I always carry a back-up) when I get to the altar. In the same place, forgetting to put essenses in my pouches, not realizing this until I get to the nature altar. Forgetting to swap out my uncharged glory amulet for a charged one, and not realizing this until I'm ready to use it. And many, many others I can't think of at the moment.
  19. August of 2004, I guess a few months after Runescape 2 came out. :)
  20. Cooking at 98, due to all the fishing I've done.
  21. Another good choice: Verac's flail. When I bought it, it cost 320k. It's crush bonus is also better than the Zamoakian spear, Saradomin sword , and the Saradomin godsword (65, 60, and 80 vs. 82), and it's as fast as a longsword. You can train all 3 melee types with it as well. It also degrades, but if You're only going to be using it for waterfiends this shouldn't be a big deal.
  22. Favorite skill: Currently, it's gotta be slayer (after doing the "Smoking Kills" quest). I've done 23 tasks in a row now without a single cancel or block (even though the tasks are starting to get repetitious). I never expected to get this far. Least favorite skill: Agility, even though I've done my share of it. Running around in circles for hours on end - or even one hour for that matter - is not quite what I'd call fun. I'd rather range hellhounds. <_<
  23. most enjoyable skill: Currently slayer, otherwise fishing least enjoyable skill: Agility easiest skill: Fishing hardest skill: Agility most money producing skill: For me, fishing (rocktails). most prestigious skill: Agility most pointless/worthless skill: Firemaking
  24. Standard, resizeable. It's easier for Me to see the squares/tiles, which comes in handy when positioning is key (ranging/maging).
  25. My current favorite: The theme to "Robot Chicken: Star Wars." Got that one stuck in My head right now.
