September 4, 201015 yr Be sure to take the right path. There is a ledge there that, if you click too close to the McGrubbor's Woods fence, you'll go up the ledge and won't be able to reach the jute. Try going further north from way of the Seer's Village. (It'll make sense when you try to do it!)
