Soar Posted September 4, 2010 Share Posted September 4, 2010 I don't know why but at 99 str and 98 attack im only getting 40-45k exp an hour. Ive got the slave ammy (e), bandos, defender, Dragon boots, firecape, and I'm wearing a halo but that shouldn't effect it that bad?
