98 Strength to 99

Hey guys.

I reached 98 strength recently. I have been training my combat along with my slayer for a couple of months now achieving level 90 slayer, made pretty decent cash and 93 slayer is my next goal but I would like to get 99 strength so I can sell on my Saradomin sword!

I haven't power leveled combat for agessssssss and the only one I know is bandits (but forget that, I cba world hopping)

So, I just need some ideas on some nice places to train which are not too crowded (nowhere is empty nowadays) and can get my 99 strength fairly quickly.

Armored Zombies are my choice. Usually not too bad, sometimes have to world hop a time or two, but usually I can find an empty world, or world with only 1 other person (which doesn't really bother me, as I never run out with one other person). Zombie Monkeys on Ape Atoll are another popular choice.

Agreed. Apparently they can pull in around 80kXP an hour.

Other than that, try bandits and AFK them..

Armoured Zombies for strength: Void melee + salve (e) + sw cape (maybe fire cape) + dragon boots. You can use regular void + ss (+82 attack, + 82 strength) or deflector void + barrows gloves + dragon scimitar (+79 attack, +78 strength, +36 ranged/melee defence) or rapier + deflector void +(106 attack, +113 strength, +36 melee/range defence) or rapier + defender + regular void (+114 attack, +106 strength).

Pray piety/turmoil, protect melee, bring a bunyip or two and recharge prayer at the altar above. Use potions, of course.

You could just sell your SS now and train the rest of the way with a whip on controlled.

Also, what's wrong with slayer? Just keep doing what you're doing; slayer is a great way to train, especially when you have such a high level.
