Runescape Godsword has been added to my Merch Watch List as prices appear to be creating a 1-2-3 bottom formation.

 

Presently I'm watching the following items:

 

Zamorak godsword

Saradomin godsword

Bandos godsword

Armadyl godsword

Abyssal whip

They're dropping because they aren't the best weapons for anything anymore. The only godsword used by "pro" monster-hunters or pkers now is the BGS, for corp.

I have to agree w/ lala,

ZGS is just useless,

BGS is a bad choice because bandos is the most camped boss in the game w/ atleast 1-2 people in every members w in the game at all times,

AGS is inferior to claws,

and they just made EE heal 2x what it did before so it kinda beats sgs there too

DG also ruined the need of a whip to a large percentage of players as rapier/cls are better

 

Maybe if it was 1 year ago where there were still gs bandos teams or before claws, but not anymore

So basically everything will be dropping because of new updates? Kinda kills money making for me -.-

Have you ever thought that maybe this is intentional on Jagex's part? Maybe not just you in particular, but merchanters in general?

I personally thing Godswords will be a good buy in the future when they stabilize around a new price, but not yet. Keep an eye on the trend and watch for signs of it flattening out.
