September 14, 201015 yr I'd say that summoning is the most important, followed by prayer, then herblore. Yak allows around 50 more kills an hour, turmoil, and more importantly, soul split, allow you to melee efficiently, allowing for 20 more kills over ranged/melee with piety. The boosts by herblore are the smallest as extremes allow for 10 more kills an hour and oveloads allow for around 10 more kills over extremes. First to 99 Farming on 27. I think you mean burst, as blitz will hit only one target at the time, making it next to useless for rock lobsters, which is what you would mage for charms. You'll need a lot of charms and I think it's around 250 crimson charms of experience per 1k casts (that's casts you do, not that you use runes for, iirc).
