Here's a use of it, Runescape GE page changed therefore the program is alerted that the site has change which means a ge update has occur. "Rss feeds" is what you'll want then.. You can set the exact page you want, and you can have multiple pages, so I set one to the main GE page as well as one for each of the items I was tracking, as well as one item I knew would update (usually bought out items work well) just to make sure. The frequency that you check can be changed to as little as one minute. With 6 URLs, it effectively checked the GE every 10 seconds.You can find it through google.
