And get your Slayer up a bit, maybe just try and get all 80+ except for Att+Str of course. You can even use these to get 99 att/str! And obviously dunge. Well I think I am going to make 99 Mining/Smithing my next goal and finish by the end of this year. And because my cash pile is quite low, during the rest of the year, I will merchant, farm herbs, and various other little things to bring my cash pile up by the end of this year. This will set next year up pretty well giving some cash to supply me with decent armour and all the supplies needed for slayer. So next year would be a year of slayer, 80+ dungeoneer, 92+ herb, 99 summoning, and a heck load of range xp (and possibly some buyables like construction/craft along the way).
