essal
Hey guys, I was wondering what herb I should farm for most profit... I'm currently 70 farming. I use magic secateurs and supercompost. I've always farmed toadflax, but doubt they're the most profitable herb to farm as of today. So, most profitable herb to farm at 70 farming? Thanks
John Halo Chief
It's all chance, but here's a spreadsheet (Property of Grimy Bunyip) that shows on average the most profitable herbs to farm.Farming spread

Mischlings
One thing that almost no one thinks of -- the Trollheim patch should be treated differently from the rest of the patches, as it never gets diseased. Calculate the profit for 6 herbs/patch (approximately what you get from normal patches) and 7 per patch (approximately what you get from Trollheim) and plant whatever is best at each. Generally, it seems to be avantoe with snapdragon at Trollheim. However, it can change based on the day. If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.
manitstinks
Why not just snapdragon all. Gives like a little more xp per run for the cost of 4kish
Sir_Kurity
I'm pretty sure snaps with scroll of life is the best, not sure though. O.O
UnknownRemoval
I'm pretty sure snaps with scroll of life is the best, not sure though. Torstol with scroll of life. But yeah, the scroll does have a significant impact on your overall profits when you are using the costlier herbs (dwarf weed, snapdragon, torstol etc.). purekilljoy
If you don't have scroll of life I'd reccomend snaps at trollheim and avantoe or ranarr at regular patches + limps at flower patches and always picking spines from your cactus at Al Kharid. = best cash per run Ranarr seeds are cheap as dirt atm, well i bought 400 seeds at like 19k each couple of days ago and now you'll get them at 14k each. SO if you use pray pots for yourself as well, like I do for slaying then ranarrs would be your best without a scroll of life.
Quyneax
Torstol is dependant on the scroll very much. If you assume 300k profit (of which 1/2 seed) per run ~45% of the profit is in seeds.
