October 7, 201015 yr For training purposes, whip for everything except I guess SS for strength training (assuming no chaotics, if chaotics then rapier of course). For bossing, I would go with whip/rune defender, or I guess BGS if you want those forum teams lol.

October 7, 201015 yr Maybe he wants to pro corp, in that case get bgs. Otherwise don't waste your money for either.
October 7, 201015 yr Ss is good for general str training bgs is only good for corp maybe bandos. To be honest as others have said whip+defender is ur best bet. Unless ur str training then ss.
