Elite clue - orb scan

Hey,

 

I got an elite clue from iron dragon slayer task :) anyways its an 11 pace orb scan. Checked the guide on the site and couldnt find it in any of the places listed, so i just zig zagged scanning across the whole volcano and still no luck! Anyone got any suggestions on where I should look or what I should do?

If you right click it its a read option.. Which will tell more specific where to look.. Have you done this?

I'm assuming that you have the wilderness volcano can clue... Anyway, RsWiki has a few spots that the Tip.It guide doesn't have and vice versa, I suggest you recheck all these spots and then try and cover the whole of the volcano just spam clicking, usually works for me. :thumbsup:

• Near the lava at the center of the crater
  
• North-east of the Southern strip of lava
  
• Near the Eastern strip of lava

• Northwest near the edge of crater.
  
• Just northeast of centre.
  
• Southwest near the Lesser Demons.
  
• Southeast at 17' 15" N / 23' 07" E
  
• Northeast at level 29

I wouldn't really use guides yet on Elites, since so far no guide has told me where mine are, we just don't know how many spots there are yet.

The scan clues are pretty bad, there are enough locations within an area that you just have to run around spamclicking your clue until you get an arrow.
