Ive been wanting to do some for some while now but i never get them as a drop

whats the going rate of getting one there

and u only get one from caskets right?

Yes you get them from caskets and you can only have 1 at the time.

 

About a week with 5 on fish should do the trick.

Make sure you've done the tutorial case, as you can't get any until you do. Just go to the courthouse and talk to the clerk.

I personally vouch for the treasure trails part.

For me, Al-Kharid warriors (pick-pocketing) works reasonably fast. I train my thieving there for my weekly Shattered heart rocks, and usually I get a summons before my 2nd rock. The pain is, that people are killing them a lot there also, so it might be a bit annoying. Use a bow without arrows to prevent you from attacking them accidentely.

Bots were killing them on most servers I was on. I gave up on the warriors and just went with the caskets. If you're desperate, I think you could just buy some caskets from the GE. Around 7k per.
