You can autocast anything with or without a staff, with the exception of the god spells, can't you? o_O

Now you can set auto-cast from right-click menu on the spell page, so you no longer need a staff to auto-cast spells. (When they made that change, they made ancient staff and some other top staffs increase the damage you do instead, so they would retain their usefulness.)
