You opened a portal there, Mario jumped out and bopped you on the nose. You chopped him in half with a knife. You then entered the portal, shanked Luigi, then found Princess Peach and yelled "WHO'S IN A DIFFERENT CASTLE NOW, [obscenity]?!?" while generally destroying everything within sight.
