What herbs to farm?

I've decided that since I can get on once or twice a day that I can grow herbs while I'm at school and whatever.

So, which would be the best for me to farm?

I use supercompost except on the troll patch, and my farming level is 70.

Ie, which is the most profitable at my level, and when should I grow more profitable herbs?

Here's an up to date profit per patch table: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Calculators/Farming_herbs

Also, use supercompost on the troll patch. It not only helps to prevent disease, but also lets you harvest a LOT more herbs from the patch. With supercompost you get a minimum of 5 herbs per patch and up to like 19. Without supercompost you'll get drastically fewer.

Oh, thanks!

I didn't know about that calc, so I'll be using that.

I also didn't know that supercomp also increased the yield, I always just got around 5-6 with and without it.

If you're doing herb runs I would highly reccomend getting a scroll of life. It's a dungeoneering reward which, I think costs 10-12k tokens so if you have some tokens lying around/enjoy dungeoneering I would say get it. If you farm herbs like snapdragons, or torstols (just at trollheim patch), it is even better to get for every seed saved is money in you're pocket along with your farmed herbs.

Slayer; it's just what I do.
Thanks Hugger 88 for the awesome siggy!

Hmm, that sounds nice. How long would it take to get 10k or so tokens at 49 dung, soloing the dungeons? I'm no good in a team because I lag a ton, and all the monsters are dead before I can do anything.

If you solo mediums, you could probably get 10k tokens in about 6 dungeons. Max out your prestige, and then reset and rush all but the last 5 dungeons you can do. Then, do those solo medium, or duo or whatever if you can find friends online. That should easily unlock a few more floors, and do those the same way you did the last 5. If you still need tokens, rinse and repeat.

And with a scroll of life the more expensive seeds like snaps, dwarf week, and torstol become far more profitable. Snaps would be best at your level, idk if they are better than dwarf weed but always farm torstol with a scroll of life once you have the level.
