Meet Death Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 The Dragon Scimitar can now be purchased within Varrock@ The Sword shop south of the fountain. I am unsure if a quest is needed to unlock this NPC other than Monkey Madness ofcourse. The NPC is a monkey named Dealga. A monkey speak amulet is not required to purchase the Dragon Scimitar.
