Average xp per cannonball

I have decided to get 99 range with a cannon doing various things such as slayer and cave crawlers and was wondering how many i needed, so to do this i need to know the average xp per cannonball.

 

I am currently 92 range and using max melee gear (rapier) which is about 145 accuracy i can't quite remember.

The accuracy of your cannon actually does depend on your range attack bonus, your range boosts/levels, and any prayers you have active.

 

So.

 

Consider your typical range bonus on a task.

 

Consider using range pots, ex range pots, or overloads, even if you are meleeing the task w/ cannon. I'm sure you do already, but in case you don't, get a Full Slayer Helm for the Focus Sight.

 

Consider praying Eagle Eye or some alternative if you are not using turmoi/pietyl (which you should be, but if for whatever reason you aren't, or just find yourself on the normal prayerbook w/ superhuman strength).

your range bonus doesn't effect your cannons accuracy. The bonus of whatever style your using does (so with rapier stab). As prayer/pots don't raise its max hit, there generally considered to be not worth it. I don't cannon much except at DKs so I can't help much with the average xp, sorry.

Yeah what Aeil said, style attack bonus, not ranged attack bonus matters, and the max is always 300. That means a hitting cannonball is on average 30 xp. You can assume a high accuracy on crawlers and stuff (~90%?) so say 25+ xp per ball.
