Sadly ... it's just a fake picture. (The sad part being they use a petition system calling it voting and trying to convince us that if you don't vote your ... vote will count as no, despite the fact that someone else will vote for you)

I don't really know what a fake image looks like but I can tell it's a bit blurry. And after reading over it again.... the words make no sense!

Even if it was real (which I doubt it is, its blurry and could easily have been shopped), why would they spread the news on the forums, as opposed to a whole staff announcement through their email system or something? People would be much more likely to browse their emails rather than the forums.

Forum Fakes are really easy to do (just save the HTML and edit it - then open it in your browser and screenshot. No photoshopping skills needed except crop.)

As was previously said by others the image is a fake and doesn't create any discussion value. Most discussion relating to the voting should be discussed in this thread.
