holy many brews and sup restores should i bring? last time i did the caves if i remember correctly i was a low on sup restores when i reached jad.

brews and restores are always in a 3:1 ratio as 3 sips brew = 1 sip restore

If ur relying on brews for healing and super restores for prayer i'd say knock off 1 brew set for 4 supers.

I'm actually in the middle of the Fight Caves right now and I personally find that 14 sup restores and 6 brews is plenty for me. If you are running low in restores when you get to jad, you may want to add in a few more sup restores and a few less brews.
