That would put the scroll at roughly 6m value, for 20k tokens, or 300 gp/token. Take your tokens/hr and normal gp/hr and see. Rune platelegs and 2hs are very efficient though, but you can't buy more than a few million xp with a max cash pile at the time because of the high investment. That's not really a problem of course. I could imagine someone getting 94-99 smithing with a stew and lots of rune bars. I will always have enough to recharge chaotic, so tokens are NOT worth the 90gp/ea they are said to have. Another thing to factor.
