December 31, 201015 yr My friend [ No this is not some i say my friend when its me thread this is to show my friend] Anyway He had a really bad break up with his gf. they have been on and off for some time now. but today according to him [cabbage] just errupted.he would let this girl walk over him basically it hurt him more to be in this relationship but he couldnt let her go. So anway he told me that its payback time. He said he has nude pictures of her That she sent him when they went out and videos that he took while they were doing forplay. sorta like a sextape i guess. He is gonna upload them to photobucket and then make a fake profile on facebook and send them to all of her friends. as revenge. i know hes a total blah blah blah thats not the point. im trying to convince him not to beacuse she can sue him i guess or do something regarding legal action but he claims no beacuse she sent the photos to him which is consent as well as she knew about the videotaping when it was being done. The only problem i think here is some of the pics are when she was 17 and some are 18. So basically i wanna show him how he can get in trouble and how.

If it matters, I'll be graduating with a degree in Criminal Justice next year. He will be screwed pretty hard if he does this. You CAN argue by allowing to film her she's consenting with whatever happens to the video. There is no black and white in law. Its gray mixed with dictionaries, synonyms, and fallacies. They have a convoluted definition of privacy there similar to Europe and dissimilar to the United States.
