"Swap ultimates" becausse apparently Frenzy is shit, but I like it. Overloads, charm collector, food or prayer pots depending on Vampyrism or Penance. Only problem is that you invariably end up getting icecubed, so if you get ice-cubed AND he goes to C4 while you're frozen it's a bit of the gay. Dreadnips. Swap helms because Nandos superior apparently.
