Since I've read about the illuminati, I basically have a trained eye for spotting any of the symbols they use.

The eye is a very common symbol used for million of things and there are very few ways to represent it so of course eyes tht look simialr to illuminati one crop up all over the place; its jsut whacko to assume however they are all linked.

Hmm. It looks like code for their next hit. Now we just need to figure out who TX-1 is. I suspect Mike is the guy they'll be killing, and they will do so by strangulation, hence, the repetition of the word "Throat" throughout the message.
