I plan on getting tassys and bcp soon, but idk if this will help me towards barrows. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks :^_^: MY CAPES! Quyneax Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 Sell Guthan's spear, skirt, helmet and dfs, get a dragonstone ring (i) or seer's ring (or berserker I guess), get barrows gloves and god cape, Verac's skirt, Neitiznot, don't bother with the holy wrench. I'm not sure but magic potions might be worth it (unlikely, but you can try). Consider simply meleeing the lot using either Verac's or a chaotic (which you don't have, but you can get one). kingmickez25 Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 I think it's fine I think your Overdoing it on the weapons Though. bring a whip or a dds not both i know dds for spec but when doing long barrow runs. space matters. and with your melle stats u should have no problem with just a whip Instead of the Trim cape bring a soul wars cape or a god cape as suggested. Slayer dart is fine unless u wish to change. barrows gloves The dhide i think would be useless Beacuse unless your gonna tank ahrims or karil it wont really help. Slayer dart isn't fine, if there's better stuff for the same price (fire wave), or even better stuff for a higher price (claws of guthix). That's what I forgot to say btw, I'd suggest using a better spell than slayer dart. Claws of guthix is the best you can do now (with charge). Get an arcane stream necklace too. Otherwise barrows gloves and a chaotic will have to wait because i don't enjoy questing and I don't enjoy dungeoneering. MY CAPES! I never needed the extra healing of Guthans, the extra defense of the DFS, nor that many P Pots, and I was way lower cb than you. -25 Mage is good enough for Barrows as all the brothers but Ahrim are weak to Magic, even Karil (although not as much as the Melee brothers). If you have an Altar in your house, use that to save some P Pots. Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous. That's not the order I kill though, that would be : Dh, Karils, Ahrims, Torags, Veracs, Guthans. Using 50% of ddp spec on Karils and then the SoL spec at Veracs. MY CAPES!
