Mousekeys

Featured Replies

Title says it all, I'm trying to figure out how to use mousekeys with my labtop for cleaning herbs. Checked the AoW guide and couldn't find anything.

Is your problem with the laptop part or the herb cleaning part? Mousekeys is impossible on some laptops and cumbersome on others, depending on the keyboard setup.

When you're cleaning herbs, click with the keyboard and move the mouse with your hands.

Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <3

If you're talking about a laptop without the num pad and with the fn key instead, mousekeys work but are a pain in the ass. You can technically do mousekeys but you have to hold down fn the entire time making them too much trouble to be worth using.

That was what I was doing but now for some reason my labtop mousepad/left and right clicks dont work. Hence my desire to start using mousekeys.

Many laptops have a "fn lock" option? - at least both my laptops have.

First they came to fishing

and I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing

Then they came to the yews

and I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews

Then they came for the ores

and I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores

Then they came for me

and there was no one left to speak out for me.

Hmm didn't know that. But then again my laptop does suck. If he has fn lock they should work the same as a num pad.

Alright guys, thanks for the help, ill try to figure it out later tonight when im done with classes for the day.

Armadyl Drops : 4 Hilts; 3 Chestplates; 2 Chainskirts; 1 Helmet; 1 Buckler; 2 Shard 1; 2 Shard 2; 1 Shard 3

Nex : 1 Zaryte Bow

Kalphite King : 1 Drygore Rapier ; 1 Drygore Longsword : 1 Drygore Offhand Rapier : 1 Drygore Offhand Longsword

Sticky-keys to help keep control or FN held also helps. Thats what I used on my laptop to make them work to my liking.
