If you want to optimize xp and pay attention then superheating while smelting might be right for you. If you would rather spend extra money and wait to smith addy plates or something then chopping Ivy instead to get 99 woodcutting near Yannile Bank or near The Grand Exchange could be an option. That would be a fast 99 out of the way.
