Shady Character
i recently got 80 agility at ape atoll course with the penace horn. should i keep training there till 85 or is dorgeshkaan course better exp/hour? new question: taining for 80 thieving.i have access to the new monkey you can thieve from. does anyone know what the exp rate there is and failing rate? or just how it is compared to blackjacking menaphite thugs (double pickpocket). and can the new apes be double pickpocketed? Sy_Accursed
Opinions vary alot of this one, and it does come down to personal taste in the end. If dorge doesn't annoy you and you can deal with the bonus item collecting fairly quickly it is a better xp rate. But for other tht whole bonus item etc faff is annoying and they would rather just stick to ape; which is only marginally slower really. Fat_Slug
Personally i would stay at ape, simply because its a easier course to do and less (or none?) chance of falling.Dorg is so long to complete i found you get more xp in the same time at ape till 83/84 then pie for gnome advanced. I got my legs at 83 simply by pieing there. Also with people there there is a less chance of you getting bored at ape Runescape nick : Fat_SlugOwner of Ears, Scythe and a 10 year veteran cape :D

Th e Doctor
Every figure I've seen say that the monkey knife fighters are both faster exp at every level and better profit. BloodAngel
You could probably get away with doing monkeys at your level, at level 80 you gain at least 160k xp/hr and you steal enough lobsters so that you don't need to bring food so it might be an idea just to bring a bit of food with you if you do monkeys. In terms of GP it seems from my experience you make just under 100k gp in 100k xp unless you get lucky with a D Scim drop. As far as I know they can't be double-pickpocketed. They can get quite monotonous though so you can swap between Monkeys, Blackjacking and Pyramid Plunder :) Hope this helps! "Unfortunately, the real world isn't the same as a fairy tale." Oh right sorry I misunderstood that part, I thought you meant getting double loot :P You can indeed loot them twice per knock-out. "Unfortunately, the real world isn't the same as a fairy tale."
