If you want to know how to take a screenshot: press ctrl and prt sc/printscreen (both keyboard keys). Open your image processor (GIMP, paint) and press ctrl and v. Keep in mind that, if you choose to upload your own pose, the file you attach is the right amount of pixels (or has a similar proportion) as they will all be resized automatically to fit the signatures. Thats not always true. Modern OS and most keyboards do just allow for print screen.
