tefda
No. We Don't need any more gold being circulated around. That will just deflate the value of gold. Eventually butter will be worth more than gold if every kid started pumping out gold coins.

Toxicologist
And add a new random event so that a guard appears and throw you into the pillory when you are coin-moulding... No, it is an excessive idea. Why do you resist? My experiments are only helping humanity push the boundaries of the Art of Toxicology... you should be proud to be one of my victims. ~Toxicologist~

Gamerr
I think that is a good idea, but not many people will use that way of crafting. Getting money is easier, cheaper and faster with merchanting, and well you can buy silver bars or other crafting tools with the earned money. So no for me  . Junkieman
infam0us911 meet high alchemy and low alchemy. Low alchemy and high alchemy, this is infam0us911. That is basically just another alchemy option, but alot more limited in that it is for gold bars(what DO they high alch for anyway?). It would be a nice idea, but probably too slow for people to actually try it. I probably might do it a bit, i have loads of gold bars in the bank that people dont seem to want to buy. You say the required level would be 40, but in what skill?
Darkdan990
I fail to see how this will help the economy...all it will do is increase the amount of gp in rs and therfore decrease the value of it...if this is done in mass quantites rs will have an inflation crisis...and one more thing...smelting sttel bars is alot easier and fetches and average price of 500 gp each...and this time your taking the money form another player which means its being circulated(sp?) not simply introduced into the rs economy
rsrulez
it's not how you think it's the way you think first THAT'S NOT A LOT OF MONEY second WHY WE DON'T NEED IT (don't hate me now it's just a reply)
