It might well work out at about ten hours for many players, but as far as I know the limit is a set amount of experience which depends on your stats when you're using the paws. Check all threads with 'Hati paws' from the search and you'll find full explanations.

Best drop so far: Dragon Chainbody from a Dust Devil.

Most efficient to use them with training mage, as that's the most expensive skill to train for combat skills. :mrgreen:
