Best way to get 70-75 attack quickly?

I have 55 slayer and I don't really want to train slayer (unless it's a really quick way to get 75 attack) and I can afford Guthan's and all sorts of armor. I have 65 strength and 75 defence.

I was thinking of afking at Bandits, but I'd like to make a profit. Maybe fire giants and ankous with Guthan's?

Any other good places where I can train?

Slayer, its decent speed and decent money. Don't buy guthans, it is outdated, spend more money on prayer/summoning at your levels.

My lame drops:
6 Effigys
1 D Med - 1 D Dagger
1 Verac's Helmet - 1 Guthan's Platebody

With guthans you won't be getting fast xp, ever. Try Dharok's on ape atoll skeletons, with a salve amulet.

Meh, if you truly want to get the godly xp, you should use the place I've been using to get my attack levels for a while. That place being: the smoke devils in the desert dungeon, and the vampires south-west of the ectofunctus. Both are heavily agro, both can be prayed against, and both have good incentives to stay (altar close to vampires, dust devil drops=pretty good)

Vampires are constantly agro and require little-no food if done correctly...oh, and loar shades could be option 3 if you wanna try something different. Easy to kill, and the corpses burn for decent xp...

Erm... although shades are undead (and as such decent) I'd still go with Dharok's for fast xp. That can be done on shades I guess, but at least the higher-levelled ones.

Vampires and dusties don't work with a salve amulet, loar shades don't have enough hp.

Fastest exp is always going to come from using salve (e) on undead and prayers. The only exception (that I know of) being LRC because they are worth more than the base .4 exp per hit. With your stats though stick with what Q said and ignore the comment about dusties and vampyres being good exp. They arent.
