Robert_R
I'm looking to train agility but I don't know which courses to train on. Is the wild course or ape atoll better? Also at what level should I move on to a higher level course and which course.
foursideking
Ape atoll is always the preferred one up until around the 80s I think...quick, easy, and the penance horn is godly there...
Georgelemmons
70-80: Ape Atoll80-85: Dorgesh-Kaan85-90: Advanced Gnome course90-99: Advanced Barbarian course  Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <
Sy_Accursed
70-80: Ape Atoll80-85: Dorgesh-Kaan85-90: Advanced Gnome course90-99: Advanced Barbarian course  This covers it. However Dorge annoys some people and is only marginally faster than ape.So 80 - 85 can be done at ap if this is the case. Also with summer pies you can start advanced gnome at 82/83ish and start advance barb at around 87+Costs a bit of money but speeds up xp rates for thoose few levels. On gnome u can do about 1 lap per boosted level (eg at 82 summer pie gives u 87 so u culd do 3 laps per bite usually)On barb its in the region of 1.5 - 2 laps per bite. Robert_R
Well that's easy enough. How long does the penance horn last? And is it worth the time to get the upgraded one?
Georgelemmons
The master and normal horn have no functional differences. You can gain about 1m agility xp with a fully charged one, and the actual number goes up with your level. The master one does last longer however.Master lasts around twice as long as the normal one, but takes the same amount of charge.Well thats what all the info I have seen says anyway. Georgelemmons
I know that master horn does not last twice as long. I'm not sure if there's any differences, but it's definitely not that large. I guess if you find a good ba team you could go for it, but unless anyone proves me wrong on the charges, it would be low on my priority list. Sy_Accursed
The Master Penance Horn is a better-quality horn than the original. The charges in the Master Horn last longer than the charges in a normal Penance Horn. from:http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=barbarian_assault.htm#rewards Perhaps twice as long was incorrect but it has been proven that master drains slower. Th e Doctor
If you don't care about money you can just pie the gnome advanced from 80, you'll get your agile legs within that one level. Twas what I did Armadyl Drops : 4 Hilts; 3 Chestplates; 2 Chainskirts; 1 Helmet; 1 Buckler; 2 Shard 1; 2 Shard 2; 1 Shard 3Nex : 1 Zaryte BowKalphite King : 1 Drygore Rapier ; 1 Drygore Longsword : 1 Drygore Offhand Rapier : 1 Drygore Offhand Longsword
Hedgehog
Even if you don't use the horn on the other courses, try to use it on the dorg course. It lasts extremely long, since it only effects the xp for the obstacles, not the bonus xp.
hounddog
I would say to train on the agility pyramid(sp) you get more xp from going around plus you can make money at the same time by getting the pryamid artifact from the top and selling them to the guy in between the 2 stairways coming down or going up depending on which way you look at it. Like I said this is just my personnel opion on it.

For money, just bring 6 or 7 magpie pouches (you can probably do quite a few more with a gem bag) and 2 summoning potions if there's not a nearby obelisk. I made more than 10m getting 99 agility using magpies. Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <

I made more than 10m getting 99 agility using magpies. There's an obelisk close-ish to Ape Atoll, Gnome, and Barbarian Courses I believe. Given how cheap sum pots are, though, I would take them anyway. There's also no reason not to pie. They're cheap and easy to buy, and you'll only need a few hundred with the barbarian horn. Skip the Dorg course entirely (pieing the dorg course is difficult because you need the boost for each obstacle, not just for one like the Gnome and Barbarian ones). ~It's Super Effective!
