January 24, 201115 yr In terms on non-cb skills I have bought everything I need to complete my goals, so I was wondering what is the best thing for me to save up for next? I have about 10M and a rl friend has 60M he wants to give me when free trade comes out. I am probably thinking in terms of monster hunting as opposed to Slayer. I don't have Bandos yet so I was considering that or otherwise saving up for the ~120M needed for 95 Prayer. I'm not sure how much more 95-ish herblore would cost for OVLs but I'll consider that. I'm not planning on getting a chaotic in the near future if that influences anything. Of course if I've forgotten something that is very useful and I don't have it please suggest. :thumbup:
January 24, 201115 yr I'd go with SS/Turmoil.Some say it's not worth it to only get ss but it'll help you quite a lot when monsterhunting as well as slaying.I'd say go for that.As for the bandos all I can say is long live barrows.
January 24, 201115 yr 95 prayer. If you choose to go the herblore route you only need 91 for ovlds. Skills > gear. Skills will always be there for you, your gear can be lost and depreciates in value over time. And I say do herb runs every day for $ for 95 prayer, in between runs train dg. Not getting a rapier is silly. This is what Im doing right now and Im about on pace for have 95 pray about the time I hit 70 dg. January 24, 201115 yr Even more so with the new gravestone thing (which may cause people to be less generous with blessing), the non-risk of turmoil makes it very attractive. I'd go for it, it's really amazing for stuff like waterfiends/miths/kbd (I mean actually allowing you to switch uni to another familar, which really changes how you kill them). For bosshunting, it increases your staying power by a lot, both by ppots restoring more prayer & being able to ss (flash).
