Righto, so I just did the Stealing Creation tutorial (lol it's been out how long?)

 

I'm looking at getting some hammers for Construction & Smithing if they're worth it. So each hammer gives 50750 xp * the gp/xp method, which is around 8.50, so each hammer is worth 425k gp I guess.

 

Grimy's sheets lists hammers at 720 seconds per hammer, or 12minutes. Looking at how the game works it gives you reward points based off your individual score? So you can't really bludge or leech points off it, (or if you can please tell).

 

How does FastSC work, is there a particular method to follow to achieve decent score, how long does a game last for, as far as I can tell every 20k points I get will get me a hammer. Is there a reward points cap?

 

Would I be able to earn at least 2 hammers an hr on standard SC worlds?

 

Have I been naive in calculating what a hammer is worth? Or if you could do this at the maximum rate of earning 5 hammers per hour, this is extremely worth it (especially as it cuts down on time spent doing the tedious process (construction)

The game is 20 minutes not 12.

Have fun with it.

I got 99 smithing, crafting, construction, & fletching with huge chunks of xp from the hammers.

20k pts then go nuts is what I do.

Sometimes I just go nuts and get 15k pts in 1-iteming alone.

Max won't be 5hammers/hr.Maybe 4 if the team is good.The fastsc time went up it seems to about 15-16 minutes/game.It really depends who's playing.

 

Your score+a bonus for winning gives you the total score at the end.You can easily get 20k points simply by making runes/arrows and depositing them into your familiar.Make a few scrolls so you can bank them from time to time or simply bank at the 1 minute warning.I did SC for a few hammers but I find it tedious.I'd rather kill monsters and such than play that thing for 30-40 hours.

 

O almost forgot.Fastsc world is 99.You'll need to make a bow and equip it before the 18 minute timer shows.I prefer making runes so I don't accidentally attack someone and get kicked from the clanchats.Think that's about it.Goodluck with Sc.

Non fast SC, you should esily get 30k points a game, equating to 3 tools an hour. I mostly skill till 20k pts (around 10 min), then go pking, its fun :-).

Hmm, so only around 1.2m an hr equivalent. I guess i'll have to just play the minigame - if I enjoy it I won't mind it, but I guess i'm not going to sit through tedium if I don't like it, as 1.2m an hr equiv isn't really high enough.

Don't go to FastSC. It makes the minigame REALLLY boring.

 

Strealing creations is a fun minigame, just make sure you're on ancients and go crazy with ice barrage.

 

Nowadays, I don't even go for 20k points, since i already achieved my goal of 99 construction, I just make runes/ pots and start killing people :evil:
