January 29, 201115 yr It says that you live in SoCal and if you can, try to stop by a large store like: Kmart, Duane Reade, 7-11, etc You can just buy some of those runescape cards from them and get member that way.Sounds a lot safer then trying to figure out a legitimate business that well sell runescape membership to unverified paypal address. Paypal is pretty bad with customer services - so chances are that if you do get scammed, there's a very unlikely chance that you'll be getting your money back. Just speaking from personal experience with paypal.

January 29, 201115 yr Aside from using credit card, the cheepest way to get membership is paypal..You don't need to be vereified to do the 1 month. Only 3+ months.
