Lacoste Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 Hey I currently have a hood and Prom 2h, and seem to die at least once in some dungeons keying/ or just generally doing gds. I recently experimented with a Prom b ax and anti shield, and I like the results a lot more, because I noticed i wasn't getting hit as much as i was before. Of course I sacrificed some offensive strength but I didn't mind it that much where I was annoyed that I wasn't hitting. Anyways, would it be worth it to switch to a prom b ax combo with an anti, and switching my ring to the tanker class? green9090 Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 The best keyers tend to prefer gather rings because most unpreventable deaths happen when a skill door KO's you in a dangerous room. If you aren't keying, you need to be using berserker. Sounds like you need to get better at leaving your gatestone in a safe place and teleporting to it when you're in trouble. Before I used to use the ggs tele to get out of sticky situations, before i realized that wasn't the best plan. And yes, my ring is on beserker at the moment. If you aren't keying, you need to be using berserker. Also at 100+ tank ring doesn't do much because of the platebody.Sub 100 I'd recommend tank ring over gatherers if you always key. And only take the axe if you key often.
