There is a rumour that a 5th bind at level 65 will be released with the new mahjarrat quest (4th bind for you). In that case, hex + arrows + leatherbody > plate + csb + legs/staff. There are pics of a Jmod saying something along the lines of: "I think the next ritual quest will have 83 fletching and 78 woodcutting requirements"the same Jmod went on to say "You might as well get 65 dungeoneering while you're at it" that's where the 5th bind rumor comes from.and where the 65 dg number comes from.
