Swiller2
So I plan on getting 92 firemaking for varrock elite. My question is: If I am a fairly efficent clicker and banker, about how many logs per hour can I burn? Just trying to get an idea of how many hours its gonna take to burn 10k mages. Thanks. koaala
I think around 1400 is max with all the advanced techniques, but around 1000-1200 is normal. It's also good to note that BA horn is efficient to use for firemaking.
foursideking
When I was training fm for questing, on average, I burned around 1300logs per hour, that of course including the amount of misclicks I made. Mousekeys would probably raise it to around 1800 or so...

Mousekeys would probably raise it to around 1800 or so... 1800 isn't possible. Ignore that. 1400 is with mousekeys and backwards firelighting, meaning you burn 13 going west and then 13 going east. Very click intensive. Alternatively you can use varrock teletabs. Withdraw 1 tinderbox, 1 tab, 26 logs and use the tab. Make sure varrock tele is set to the town square. Burn them all and you will end up outside of west bank. Withdrawn 1 tab/26 logs. Lather rinse repeat. This method is about 1200-1300 logs/hr. Quyneax
No need to keep withdrawing tabs, they stack after all. You can also use a law staff + smoke runes or just burn 25 logs per run if you can't be bothered buying tabs. I think other teleports may work as well (Camelot?).
