Now i know with the RC Udpate we had like 2 years ago its possible to craft multiple runes before 91. Question is, will it be at all possible to craft the required 56 with a level of 82? As far as I know, the chance of doubling is not quite that high even at level 90. So yeah, get 86 and stew.
