Polodevil
Hello all, I'm planning to raise my fishing from lvl 89 to lvl 91 very soon, and perhaps even to 99 in the future. Could anybody give me the xp rates of various fishing techiques? (Including monkfishing, rocktails, fly fishing, barb fishing cutting, dropping, eating while fishing..etc). And also, could you include how 'click intensive' the skill is? I know that barb fishing requires way more clicking, but a comparison to others would be appreciated. I do want the ability to e.g. make homework while fishing. I do not care about money, so I do need to know fishing rates of sharks and so. Thanks in advance! xpx
I think the best way to do it is to do c2 solos as your c1's and fish all the spots. It's around 35k fishing xp an hour and you get the c1's done in around 60 minutes(compared to the best techniques of what you'd need to do to get the same xp), which, if you assume you'd have done them in 45 minutes with a team, would be 140k fishing xp an hour. Other that that, barb fishing with urns is like 80k xp an hour. First to 99 Farming on 27. September, 2005.First to 3766 Port Score on 20. March, 2014.First to 4664 Port Score on 2. March, 2015. Quyneax
The cut-eat method is upwards of 100k xp/hr with urns, but I'm not sure how much 10 fishing levels will affect the xp rates. Urns are a 20% xp increase, so you can use any old xp rates and add 20% (and adjust for additional banking, if applicable, but that should be very minor).
