I tried doing tds, but failed too much (killed around 50 without a drop and barelly stayed equal in terms of money). So I am looking at frost dragons now. This is what I DO have:-combat skills around 93.-prayer 83-summon 84 (87.5 banked)-herblore 75-Basic slayer gear (chaotic rapier, barrows stuff, glory, row, all kinds of bolts)-cannon with 10k cannonballs-30M coins So first of all, can I do frost dragons and expect at least an average profit of 1.5m? Secondly, how would I go about it, I think fairy rings are closest to the dungeon.. But how should I bank stuff? - leave cannon there (in cavern while banking)? take cannon with me? What pots should I take (amounts)? Brewing + sup. restores or simply food? First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me. Use house tab > rimmington (chipped or because you live there), recharge prayer at the little chapel on the way. You will have to test how long you take to fill up tort + inv but in general 4 doses of antifire, 4 doses of super pots, and ~12 doses of prayer would be good, along with 4 monkfish? Blake Posted March 29, 2011 Share Posted March 29, 2011 I just unlocked them a couple days ago, and I've only used two tortures there so far. I meleed with one, and ranged the other. Inv : Home teles, 1 super att/str, 1 antifire, 3-4 p pots, 5+ monks, try with 10 and see for urself. For banking i home tele, recharge prayer + edgeville tele with mounted glory.Then i run to the fairy ring next to the ge (u can recharge summ on the way)I like this banking method more and it's as fast as the rimmington method if not faster. Rol is pointless even if you die you can get back in less than 3 minutes. So is duelling ring if you use the banking method i told you. I tried row for maybe like 1k kills and only got worthless gems, you might get lucky though so if you really don't wanna buy a zerker ring a row will just do fine.The cannon does most of the job anyway. Would a row + gembag be worth an inventory spot? If it ever so happens that a dragonstone drops - then you might as well bank with one less frost dragon bone and pick that up. Tl;dr - Don't bring a gem back. Litterbug made me remember that I got a dragonstone gem drop when I tried row out and alot more loop/tooth half of a key then I used to before.Row could add some nice profit in the long run so I think it would be the best ring to wear if you don't want zerker ring. Nostar Posted March 30, 2011 Share Posted March 30, 2011 Just timed it.(banking time and summ & prayer recharging included) Home tele - mounted glory to edgevile : 1:55 secring of duelling - rimmington house tele : 1.50 sec Clicking a tab is easier than going into the rings teleport options.And you also don't have to be bothered buying rings of duelling with the 1st method (not that it is expensive to use or anything). Anyhow we can say that the times are equal, the first method being a bit less of a hassle :P Edit : Slayer gem would have to be used with the house tele method so you can recharge ur pray & summ, it would save you somewhere around 10-15 sec per trip maybe. You still have the advantage of not having to change your house location with the first method. :PAnd the 1st method requires only 1 house tab whereas your method requires 2. ^^ Yes I am very bored.
